​​Matt is the founder of Gladiator Solutions, a leader in personal protection, serving law enforcement, fire, rescue, and military operations globally. He has been a key figure in preparing and managing active shooter scenarios nationwide, enhancing the integration of first responder efforts. His expertise contributed to creating an active shooter response curriculum for Urban Shield. In 2018, Matt broadened Gladiator's scope to include fortifying facilities for state and municipal buildings, overseeing everything from risk assessments to training module development. As a parent, he also co-developed PakProtect with high school students, a lightweight shield for backpacks, enhancing safety and peace of mind. Matt has dedicated his professional career to developing life-saving products and advocating for school safety. He graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, and did his post graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Nicholas Turalski Nicholas brings over 15 years of expertise in life safety, security, network technology systems, Integration with significant roles at BH Security and Johnson Controls, TYCO Advanced Systems Technologies. His work spans design, engineering, and project management, with specific expertise in education, municipal, corporate, and government projects. Notably, Nicholas has a strong background in active shooter detection and prevention strategies, collaborating closely with law enforcement and first responders. Nicholas attended New York Military Academy and the University of Maryland, he is also an active member of the National Ski Patrol.

Guy has worked in the security field for 38 years. He served for over three decades
as the Director of Security and Emergency planning for Littleton Public Schools, a suburb of Denver, Colorado before retiring in August 2020. Guy was recognized as the 2020 Campus Safety Director of the Year for his work at Littleton Public Schools. Guy is also the recipient of many other national and security industry awards and recognitions including: 

• Association of School Business Officials International Pinnacle award,

•  Security Executive Magazine Security Leader of the Year, Security Magazines Most Influential People in Security,

• The 2014 American Red Cross Century of Heroes award, Security Industry Association (SIA) Insightful Practitioner Award,

• NSCA 2019 Volunteer of the Year Award

• 2019 NCS4 Professional of the Year Award.

He has diverse hands-on experiences in school safety regarding technology, processes and emergency response. His specialty is
understanding and recommending how life safety technology components can be deployed to help K-12 schools meet their all-hazard needs. He also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Partner Alliance for Safer Schools.
