This founding team is building Pantheon Secure Technologies and setting it on course for successful technology deployment, scalable revenue generation, and disciplined market expansion, architected to define the next category in security operations and designed for global scale.
Christian Caballero, Founder, Venture Builder, Brand & Growth Strategist, Entrepreneur. Christian is the Founder of Pantheon Secure Technologies. In 2024, he co-founded Pantheon Secure Solutions with Matt Materazo, alongside advisor Guy Grace, initially providing school safety consulting to K–12 districts.
Through direct work in the field, Christian recognized a deeper systemic issue: fragmented systems, static assessments and over burdened staff that couldn’t keep pace with modern threats. He pivoted from advisory into technology development, architecting and co-inventing an autonomous security operating system that unifies infrastructure, continuously models risk, and delivers real-time, end-to-end security operations at scale. Christian is overseeing the company’s strategy and operations, preparing Pantheon’s long-term roadmap to market.

Matt Materazo is a Founder at Pantheon Secure Technologies, launching Pantheon Secure Solutions alongside Christian Caballero in 2024. A former President of Noble Foods U.S., SVP at Conagra, and Founder of a personal protection brand, Matt brings proven P&L leadership and disciplined go-to-market execution to Pantheon’s scale.
As Co-Inventor of Ruidian, Matt works alongside the founding team to bring the platform to market, executing district relationships and technology partnerships that accelerate development and distribution. He is focused on operationalizing the sales channel ahead of launch and advancing Ruidian and SBRA as platforms that modernize security operations while helping schools and facilities reduce liability exposure and align with available funding pathways.

Guy Grace is a nationally recognized K–12 school safety leader with over 40 years of experience spanning military service, public education leadership, and national advisory roles. He previously served as Director of Security & Emergency Planning for Littleton Public Schools (Colorado), helping shape modern, layered school safety practices rooted in operational realism and governance. Guy has spent decades developing unified life-safety solutions for school districts across the country.
He currently serves as National Program Manager for K–12 Security at ASSA ABLOY and as Vice Chair of the PASS Advisory Council. As Co-Inventor of Ruidian, Guy partnered with Pantheon to architect a unified life-safety security operating system he believes will transform security and risk operations at scale. Guy is driving the K-12 & higher education initiative for Pantheon.

Co-inventor of Ruidian. Mike overseas sales and distribution partnerships. Through his ongoing work across school districts and national security integrators, he is actively priming the market and validating demand building plug-and-play sales channels that position Pantheon for immediate deployment across K–12 and critical infrastructure sectors.
John Westfield
Fractional CFO
John serves as Fractional CFO for Pantheon Secure Technologies. Working on a part-time basis, he is developing Pantheon’s pricing models, financial forecasts, and capital strategy helping shape the company’s roadmap to market, revenue scalability, and long-term valuation. As well as overseeing accounting and finance once operations begin.
Pedro Caballero

Pedro Caballero is Director of Engineering at Pantheon Secure Technologies and a former Fellow Systems Engineer at Raytheon, bringing 40+ years of experience in advanced defense and intelligent systems that evolved into today’s agentic AI technologies. His expertise gives Pantheon a significant advantage in building accurate, resilient, autonomous architectures.
As the primary inventor of Ruidian’s core processes, Pedro engineered the system logic that ensures precision and reliable response. Through proof-of-concept builds and simulations of Ruidian and SBRA, he has validated the platform’s performance.

Doug Messer is a Forbes 30 Under 30–nominated entrepreneur, investor, and marketing executive focused on scaling technology-driven companies. He co-founded University Beyond, growing it into a leading venture-backed edtech platform with 50,000+ student ambassadors and 500+ brand partnerships.
He has held executive roles across digital assets, Web3 & AI venture, defense and next-generation gaming, and has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, The Wall Street Journal, and more. Doug was also recognized by Google and Wharton for improving student employability.
Raja Rajan
General Council
Raja Rajan, Esq. serves as General Counsel for Pantheon Secure Technologies, advising on legal architecture, capital strategy, governance, and critical contractual frameworks during the company’s early growth stage.
An experienced attorney and operator, Raja has built and scaled companies from the inside. As Co-Founder and COO of a consumer product company, he helped raise over $37 million prior to its acquisition, and later served as COO, General Counsel, and Director of a global technology firm that raised more than $150 million in institutional capital. His expertise in capital formation and corporate governance provides Pantheon with disciplined legal guidance as it prepares to scale.
